🔸 Pre-loved items are labeled “Pre-loved” in the upper right of the photo. These items were bought unsealed or as is, while some were personally unsealed and pulled by Beanie.
🔸 All transactions will be made ONLY on Love, Beanie's official social media accounts, especially on Facebook and X app.

Terms and Conditions🔸 The price is EXCLUSIVE of packaging and shipping fees. The buyer should shoulder these fees. The packaging fee depends on the size and quantity of the order placed, and the shipping fees depend on the location.
🔸 PAYMENT FIRST POLICY: Make sure to pay the EXACT AMOUNT, incomplete payment will be considered as unpaid and EXCESS PAYMENT will NOT be refunded.
🔸 ALL PHOTOS POSTED ARE ACTUAL PHOTOS
🔸 Requesting product photos with the handwritten buyer's name and current date for items that have not yet been fully paid is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to avoid the stealing of photos.
🔸 BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Some merch may have flaws due to manufacturing defects but I will disclose the condition of every merch. This type of issue is OUT OF CONTROL. So, it is recommended to MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
🔸 As a seller of retail [tingi] KPop merchandise, the condition of on-hand items is as-is based on how they arrive once unboxed. Beanie does not guarantee any specific condition beyond what is initially received.
🔸 APPLICABLE TO ALL MERCH: If your chosen photocard or album has more than one stock, Beanie will always release the item with the best condition first from the available on-hand stock of the same variation.
🔸 BUYER NOTICE: This shop is NOT ideal for sensitive buyers. We encourage all buyers to ask about the item’s condition before purchasing. By proceeding with a transaction, you accept responsibility for clarifying any specific concerns about product quality or condition.
🔸 BUYER NOTICE [2]: As a buyer, it is your responsibility to read and understand all the information provided before proceeding with your purchase. If you choose to proceed without fully understanding the details, Beanie cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out before completing your purchase.
🔸 Orders will be packed SECURELY with the use of cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure safety while in transit.
🔸 If payment is not made on the specified date of purchase (DOP), a fee of 10 pesos per day will be incurred.
🔸 NO ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SENDING OF ORDER CONFIRMATION: Be 101% sure before placing an order. If you do so, you are required to pay the 50% worth of your items + late fees. Or else, you will be posted as BOGUS BUYER
🔸 IF NO RESPONSE AFTER SENDING OF ORDER CONFIRMATION: For PAYO, If there is no response within 3 days after the deadline of payment, the transaction will be automatically cancelled, and you will be blocked and tagged as a 'Bogus Buyer.' For 3 days and 1 week w/ Non-Refundable Downpayment [NRDP], If you fail to settle the NRDP on the said date or if there is no response within 5 days after the deadline of payment, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and your downpayment will not be refunded. You will also be blocked and tagged as a 'Bogus Buyer.' Let's not waste each other's time.
🔸 NO RUSH SHIPPING: Order preparation may take 2 - 4 business days. I hope you understand, as I have no other option but to drop off the parcels myself since no riders arrive when I select the pickup option in the J&T app.
🔸 NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY [unless seller's fault]: Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for delivery duration or how the courier handles the parcel.
🔸 The outer packaging, such as the outbox of an album or other merchandise, is designed to protect the product inside and may be damaged during shipping. Such issues with the outer packaging are not valid reasons for an exchange or refund.
🔸 After receiving the parcel, Beanie recommend conducting a raw unboxing video to check for any missing items that may have been caused by the courier during shipping.

🔸 CartonResealable OPP plastic(s) are mainly for shipping purposes, especially for photocards. However, they can also be used to keep albums dust-free once received. Beanie consistently prioritizes maintaining the original condition of items from the moment they are pulled from the album — before and while in transit — until they reach you. This type of plastic has been used by Beanie since day one (2021), and it has been proven to keep items in their original condition upon arrival. We also use this method to help maintain a low-cost packaging fee.

For additional protection of your order(s), you may order a toploader for photocards and poster tube if you want your poster(s) to be rolled.🔸 10 pesos for toploader
